How to delete your account
- Enter the email and password you use to sign in to CityScout.
- Tick the box to confirm that you understand it cannot be undone.
- Press Delete my account. If you have two-step verification turned on, we will also ask you for the code.
Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out on all your devices.
Do you sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook or GitHub, or have you forgotten your password?
Ask us to delete it by email. Write to us from the email address of your account so we can check that it is yours. We reply within 10 business days at most.

- Your first and last names, email address, phone number and profile photo.
- Your password and your two-step verification settings.
- The data of any Google, Apple, Facebook or GitHub accounts you linked.
- Your open sessions on all devices and the record of your devices for notifications.
Which data is kept, and for how long
- Reviews, photos and places you published: they remain visible to the community, but without your name or photo.
- The rest of your activity, such as your favorites: it is kept linked to an anonymous record that no longer identifies you.
- Sign-in records: 90 days, for security.
- Data the law requires us to keep, such as payments and subscriptions: up to 5 years for tax obligations and up to 3 years to resolve disputes.
